For progress tracking, view the google sheets file here.✦  These terms are for commissions that are for personal use only.✦  NSFW is accepted.✦  Please understand that this is NOT on a strict first come first serve basis. The first ones to reserve the slot would be started first but is not guaranteed to be finished the earliest, unless a deadline is specified.✦  Due to work schedule changes, please allow 1-2 months waiting time for the completion of the artwork (specially if fully rendered) upon reservation if a deadline is not set. 2 months is the proposed turnaround time. The time counts starting the month you have reserved your slot for. (eg. Reserve slot for April- turnaround time for the piece is at end of June.)✦   The piece is expected to be finished within the deadline or one month more than the proposed turnaround time (within two months) unless of multiple characters/commission/more complicated work like character design, commercial work/Vtuber models, etc. Any extensions that is a month or more than the proposed turnaround time without prior notice or agreement, clients have the option to refund an amount total to the remaining work due. (ex. 50% of work done, payment refundable is 50% if the client has paid in full)✦   Progress photos will be sent via your preferred contact medium for your assurance that the piece is made accordingly and that work is proceeding.✦  The basic information of the commission is posted publicly via google spreadsheets for transparency and progress tracking. The real names, usernames, or any personal information of the client will not be shown. For progress tracking, view the google sheets file here.✦  Client may also specify and decide anything about the commission that will be kept private; and may choose whether to allow the artist to post/share any media/information related to the commission anywhere.✦  For non commercial artwork, client should agree that the artist's signature should not be removed. Watermarked and non-watermarked versions of the artwork will be sent to avoid art theft of the commissioned piece and for it to be ready for use for the client.Quote and Mode of Payment✦  Currency accepted is United States Dollar (USD) and Philippine Peso (PhP) via PayPal.✦  The final quote will be decided prior to any payment the client will make and will not be subject to any increase throughout the process.For Partial payment:✦  25% of the final quote is required to be settled for reservation of commission slot, and this is non refundable.Updated: February 2024
